Looks very familiar H. I was out in a friend's blue Avy along Marine drive all day. It looked way to busy behind McGuire yesterday. It smoothed out nicely in the evening. Gotta love Sundays when everyone heads home early!! I've got my eyes peeled. I'm still looking for you out there.

Very smooth run. What speed and rope length was it?

rope length was 75' with the handle and speed was 21.8 mph on the GPS keep telling him to let me add some more length but he says he loves it as is.Griz we were anchored way back in Maguire yesterday as was my brother with his big boat and it was cadyshack all day but come six o clock all the BARNEY BOATERS race for the dock and the water smooths out nicely sure is getting shallow early this year we watched a couple people hit way back in the cove the depth in the video is between 5 1/2 and 10' deep

I'll have to try that speed again with my blade set at 4 (mine is usually set at 3 and we run between 21.5 and 23mph depending on the rider). I don't remember it cleaning up at that speed like yours did so that is why I asked. Like Tank said, he makes it look easy but it is not....especially at that length/speed and the falcon's wide wake.

Great vid! Got me going through withdrawls now.

My 3rd wakesurf and my 6 year olds 1st. He loved it but kept pulling off my shorts.. Only running the Jumbo V 1100 lbs and center hard tank. Setting the locker tube Thursday... Hope to have some more pics then.

I tell ya......I'm on the lookout, but I never see you. What's even more funny is that in your video there is a 22' Baja and a red Sanger V215 in the background and I see them all the time. In fact, we saw the Sanger last night. One of these days I tell ya. When we arent towing, my wife and I float behind McGuire to escape the chop and the wind, but we were on a buddies boat last weekend. It is getting alarmingly low these days. They need to dredge again!!

Griz the red Sanger belongs to an electrician I know he is always out because he lives in the super nice houseboats at the end and the guy with the red Baja is one of my brothers clients don't worry I am on the look out for you as well sorry wrong Sanger don't think you will be seeing much of that one the rest of the summer the Baja was towing him in

Maybe that's why I always see the red sanger when we are out.......cause there is two of them. Haha. and we spend alot of time out there....we live on a floating house as well. We aren't in the super nice houses, but it is a house and it does float.

Here are a few from Sunday. My buddy is starting to get pretty good so I am going to have to sabotage him somehow so he doesn't pass me up in the skills department! I'll just hide the Black Pearl and tell him he's stuck with the broadcast until his set is over then magic I found my Black Pearl in a storage comparment! How many times will he fall for that one?

Two of him, and one blurry one of me.

audio what are you running for ballast setup? lately ive been having problems with proper setup for myself. seems as though whenever i get in to surf and the boat looses 200#from drivers chair the wake is not as good. getting frustrated. last time out had 1100 port locker, 750 under viewing seat and a 400 on bench seat and 250 stock. had on my wife and teenager in boat 250 between the 2. and suggestions. thanks

Try putting both peeps on the non-surf side and see if some opposite weight helps.

Poosie, you are running way more weight then me I think. I try not to put too much opposite side weight in because it seems to make the wave washy. Maybe 150# max in the opposite locker.

On most days we run-

Center tank full

750# in rear locker

400# on port seat sitting front to back

3 85# bricks in the bow

Plus people

Trim tab about 5 degrees down below level

PP at 11 even mph

Those pics were with me or my buddy driving at 175#, and two others in the boat maybe 300# for both of them on the observers seat.

Today was that same setup with 3 more people scattered around the boat and the wave was pretty good. I'll try and throw some videos of me not sticking even one 360 all day. I was not happy...

Okay, Welcome to Texas!

Lakesurfer, who I've met before during our home search, was nice enough to invite me out for a little weekday surf set, Texas Style!

So picking up where I left off in California, we went out tonight. Good time on the water!

Just a few pics as it was just the two of us but I will say Jeff's wave is great albeit completely different than mine. Mine is much more step and short. Never-the-less it was a great time. Pulled out at 11pm to boot.
