Replacement bungie cords for Surf Boards

The bungie cord fit our wake boards, but they will not fit around a surf board. The dealer said check Home Depot, but no luck. Anyone have any idea where to purchase these?

I keep a 6" long loop of bungee cord for this, bring both ends around the rack bungee, stick one end through the other capturing the rack bungee, making it longer.
