Moorage / dock height.. How High , is too high

Anyone have experience dealing with a high dock, or a guess on this one.. big time demand on my lake for boat slips / moorage.  Have an option here, but when I went to look, it stood out big time, the distance from water to the dock (red line in pic).  Would guess its 3.5 - 4 ft

Been a ski / wake boat owner for 15+ years, multiple boats, and have had temporary situations of tying up higher.
Think the only point of contact, would be the tower, and so leverage / forces there, when boat starts getting pushed, could be an issue

Was thinking of getting a boat lift, but the marina doesn't allow them.
prob rare situation, but it is a good slip (covered, electric, etc) otherwise
thx

I ordered this Regatta dock line for a weekend out on the Lake of the Ozarks, rented a slip and wanted extra dock lines. Ended up using these to keep the boat tied up all weekend in the slip just off the main channel. Anyone that's been down there on a holiday weekend knows it's more like being out on the open ocean with all the boats and wake. Kept my boat safe in the slip, no tearing or unraveling, and nice and long lines.
