I have a 2019 FI23 with less than 25 hours. Was on water yesterday and PNP bags won't fill.  Electronic dash shows they are filled.  Any ideas?

Hey @Canyon Mike

Welcome to the crew!
There should be a breaker (50 amp or so) by your batteries. Check that first. I had this exact same thing happen on the ZS232 the first time I took it out and it turned out to be that breaker was tripped. The ZS Doesn't have Ramfill, so it's all pump fed (8 total pumps). There ended up being a recall on my boat to upgrade that breaker to 70A.

Thanks for your response.  I had already checked the breaker and that was not the issue.  I can't tell if the ballast is filling or not.  My guages seem to be malfunctioning.  I know the PNP's are not filling as I can easily see them.

The PnP are probably time based, so it would make sense that when fill is selected it shows that they are filling.
Can you hear the pumps running when attempting to fill?

What happens when you try to drain them?. But if the computor thinks they are full, maybe try to trick it by draining an empty bag then fill. I know it sounds stupid but obviously its something simple. I have a FI23 but luckily everything has worked so far.

I can hear the pump on one side.  It appears it is in drain mode even though I am hitting fill on the touch screen.  I believe this could be a software issue.

A ‘19 should be under warranty. I’d contact your closest dealer.

I see Lamb80782 had the same remove the driver seat as I am having.
I didn't see the ulitmate solution.  I think removing "stop" would be the solution but am unable to see very well under the seat.  Has anyone come up with the solution?
I also am reoving to have re-uphostered.  Itried removing the black access cover but it is very tight under there and not enough room for a regular wrench.  May try a 1/4 rachet drive.

Good morning. I saw you talked about replacing the ram fill valves. I have a 2021 ri237 with a broken valve   It’s under warranty but dealer is going to be very slow to fix it.  Which wiring harness do I need to make sure I have  when I order off of Amazon.  Thank you scott

I see you have the Go Surf assist installed on your 2008 Enzo SV230. I am about to do the same thing on my 2007 Enzo SV240. Do you happen to have some photos of the install taken from the transom? And how did you notch out the spacers for the bump out in the swim platform bracket?
      Thanks
