2014 FX22 - Port Valterra Valves

After getting the boat in the water for the first time this year, none of the port side valterra valves for the ramfill seem to be working. The screen will show them open/closed but they physically do nothing. No problems with starboard side functionality. 

There is also an issue with the front ballast continually trying to fill on the screen. Whenever I click "stop all" nothing happens and the screen just says to increase speed to fill. 

With both port side not working I did not think it was the physical valves. Any ideas would this might be? Loose electrical connection? In need of software update or reset? Boat is a 2014 Enzo FX22.

The gates may just be stuck. Use the manual lever and cycle them open and closed a few times, then silicone spray the sides and cycle them a few more times, then reengage the motors and try again.
