2008 Centurion Falcon V

Just bought our first Centurion, 2008 Falcon V. We originally had an older Gecko and was looking the room to fit the rest of the family. 

While out for the first time, I noticed it didn’t have the propulsion I was hoping for. With a full boat and a wakeboarder, it tends to struggle to get up to speed. Once it gets to speed, it’s great but was hoping for it to pop the boarder out of the water with little resistance. The engine seems to really work with not much result. Need some ideas on what we can do or check out.
