Barefoot Warrior looking for info

Hi All,

new to this page. I just purchased an early model barefoot warrior. Looking for more info on year and history of it. Cannot find any real info online. I’ve attached a few photos and vin tag #. From what I can tell after doing first bit of research it’s an 83 and model 0001. Let me know if you have any info on this model. Thanks!!

Here's a one page summary in Water Ski magazine, but it's from 1986, not 1983. However in that time frame the boats were very similar. Hope this helps.

I had an 85 and 86 the 86 

The boat changed in 86 to look like the pictures you post in 86 the deck changed and they added an hard frame windshield before that they had plexiglass windshield
