1989 Falcon Sport Project

Hey guys! New to Centurion boats and this site. From Nova Scotia, Canada. I purchased a 1989 Falcon this past summer for dirt cheap as a project. I ended up getting it running and using it for the remainder of the season... Super fun boat, I love it. It is however in pretty rough shape. Floor is rotten, needs full upholstery, hull has minor damage on left of transom, needs manifolds, the list goes on... I'm looking for suggestions as to where you guys get your parts from. One of the big parts Ill be needing is the dash housing (mine is cracked) I'm having trouble sourcing parts as these older boat are getting kind of rare. Im going to try to post some pics of the boat shortly! Thanks in advance for the suggestions/advise!

Some stuff is going to be really hard to find.  Post a pic of your dash and maybe we can come up with some replacement ideas.  I made dash plates for my boat during my restoration.  In fact, I fixed just about everything on your list.  Good luck!
