Ok so I took our 03 hurricane out and the bilge light would turn on but no pump. When I hit the switch the same thing light on but no pump. Usually you can hear the pump run. Luckily my boat is pretty good on leakage. Does anyone know what the factory pump is so I can order one? I keep my boat 45 min in a storage so I can’t access it unless I run up there

The light simply indicates that the switch is sending electrons down the wires; it doesn't tell you that your pump is bad (that's what the lack of pumping sounds tells you :-)  ).

Try and find the same pump so that R&R is easy....  you get a different form factor pump, and then you have to do work.

Its likely a 3/4" outlet. Id go at least a 750 or 1000 gph as long as its the same outlet size. Good chance its also an external float. If so, id upgrade to a internal float/water sensor 3-wire pump.

Just read your message regarding restoring your Barefoot Falcon.  I have a 1991 Barefoot Falcon with exact same floor issues.  I also had to replaced the stringers and am in the process of replacing the floor.  My question is regarding the need to replace the foam.  Like you I have several hundred pounds of saturated foam removed and I am not certain to replace it or leave it without foam.  Do you are anyone know if the foam is necessary for any structural support, or is it just for sound and flotation?
