New to the group!

I have a 2005 Centurion Enzo. I just put it in the water and the water is not flowing through the clear tube from the exhaust to the v-drive. Not sure what this tube is for or called but it usually takes a minute and water pressure makes the tube rigid. The water is trying to pump up but not moving. The boat did not overheat and the engine temp stayed normal for about 10 minutes before I shut it off.

Any ideas on what the cause could be and should I be concerned?

Thanks for the help!

That tube provides water supply to the shaft seal.  The water acts a lubricant for the prop shaft bearing.
