2000 eclipse dd ballast

Hey guys. So I have a 2000 eclipse DD. This is my first inboard and jumped into it without doing much research(smacks face). I was excited to get it for the kids now that they are at the age to really wanna board, tube, ski and now surf. Now already wishing I would have went with a vd.

 

I keep jumping on google, trying to figure out what is the best way to get the perfect, as perfect as it can get, wave. Trying to figure out what is the best ballast set up for this boat. It is a DD with the ski locker. 

 

I cant seem to find any real info on this boat with a ballast set up. Anybody have any good ideas of how to set it up? I plan on doing all my work over winter and hoping to be set up right come next spring. I plan on fully plumbing it in and want it hidden. As I usually have anywhere from 5-10 ppl on board and plan on keeping the boat for another 2/3 years.

 

Any my ideas or links to someone that has done a nice set up with this boat? Thanks!
