Fender cleats etc

Hi. 

I'm trying to find the manufacturer of the retractable cleats pictured.  

Also, wondering what you all use to attach bow and stern lines.  I'm thinking the eyelet up front that's used to crank the boat onto the trailer for bow line, and the eyelets at either end of the stern for the stern line?

That's what we do for anchoring. Bow eyelet and if needed stern eyelet on either side of the swim platform. 

My pull out cleats have Centurion engraved into them. Sorry I can't help with the manufacture.

Bakes online had the pop up cleats with Centurion engraved on them.  However, when I called to purchase two they only had 1 left.  I ended up with these.
