Those transom eyelets are pretty stout, could use something like this:

DrNate, this harness looks similar to what would be used with an outboard.  

I have the center round/hook thing, and then two C - shaped places, one at each end.  I was thinking to pull tubers and wake surfers by the old school center hook.  I guess I'm not understanding the benefit of adding this harness...?

This is very blurry, but you can see the two end attaching/tie points, and then in between the black rubber and the handle is the little center tow hook.

My bad. Platform just looked low to me. Mine appears to sit a bit higher but I found this pic which looks closer to yours

Undecided.  Definitely doing a bimini.... today's interests are less about jumping wake, more about the ropeless wakesurf.  Good without a tower on that, so maybe never.  I like the look as is, so yeah prob not.

Good looking boat, Congrats! Didn't know you could run closed cooled motor without water...when I saw that first video I was cringing when i did not see water coming out of the exhaust ports, lol.

^^^^ exactly, we have closed cooling systems but there’s still a impeller and raw water. Donny if there’s not a radiator in your boat it still requires a lake or fake a lake. 

We don’t know though that boat might just have one. Who knows what they did over seas to it and there regulations over there.

Maybe they ran the boat in the ocean and by having a closed system kept the salt water out of the engine.  That's not a bad Idea any Lake that's infested with Mussels would keep them out of the engine.

Definitely not a radiator!!  It ran for less than a minute - did I screw something up?  

There must be a place where I should hook up a hose or something........

There’s a billet brass peace on the bottom of the boat that you use a fake a lake to. You might be fine but definitely change your impeller since you ran it dry like that.

Or a brass set up on the inlet in the motor bay to hook up a garden hose, but that brass will cost you about 75 so more than double the fake a lake.  Just depends on which you prefer. Ive "heard" those fake a lakes can not provide enough water and still starve the motor but have not seen anyone with any proof to this and if Nick uses one Id say that was a good testament to their reliability.

When I started it dry, I was cognizant of what I was doing relative to overheating the headers - and ran it short enough time to not impact the headers.  My logic said the closed system cools the engine, and the lake water cools the headers.  

If that's not the case, how do they separate the closed system (with coolant that's supposedly good for 10 years) from the lake water?

And which source of water is pumped by the impeller?

The 2010 SV240 Enzo we own has a 409 PCM that is closed cooled. A closed cooled engine is based around a heat exchanger. The is the heart of the closed cooling system. It uses water brought in from the raw water pump to act as coolant for the engines circulating coolant. The circulating coolant runs in a closed loop through the engine and exhaust manifolds. The heat exchanger acts same as a radiator does in an automobile. Rather than air the raw water is used for cooling the circulating coolant. The raw water is brought in an pumped through the heat exchanger, they absorb and exchange the heat from the circulating water surrounding them and will exit the heat exchanger towards the exhaust risers to be dumped overboard. The hot circulating water runs thru the heat exchanger on different lines exchanging its heat thru the cooling tubes and exiting the heat exchanger back towards the circulating pump and the block.

WakeDoc, got it!  Great explanation.  

So apparently the impeller runs lake water, and a different pump for the closed cooling.  The impeller would then be dry on trailer startup.  

I won't be doing that again!!
