Ri 217 12 volt outlet on driver side under the throttle lever

Anyone know where the fuse or breaker might be for this 12 volt outlet ?

mine has never worked?

That should be covered under warranty. My guess tho if all your others work...is that maybe the wiring came loose or bad connection.. I would check that first. Your RI may be different, but on my 2014 SV244, I have one in similar location and can reach around and under that area from under drivers helm. If you had voltmeter, you could confirm if you have power at that wire....if you do, then its bad connection, or bad outlet.
