De-winterizing start up

Need to know figure out why a steady stream of water is not coming out of exhaust when we put the fake a lake on and start the boat. It’s almost like it is building up and then it spews it all out at once and repeats. Any advice

A steady stream is not an indication of an issue, In most cases, its more like burps of water.

Sure! I run lots of boats on hose water and they do not flow a steady stream, they burp water as it pools in the exhaust, then gets blown out. Wash, rinse, repeat.
