Supreme S238 Goofy Wave

Supreme Crew:

On the verge of swapping the SV230 for the 17 238 (Half Windshield and all) .

Couple reasons for the change - can make some money on the SV, pick up some decent end of season discounts and step into something with full warranty, bigger engine and just newer all around. Plus all you maniacs posting up your winter mods on the new boat every two year plan do not help my already weak rubber arm.

I wont be able to lake test the beast, but she seems like a beautiful boat. Reminds me a lot of my SV with maybe a more avalanche esq top deck.

Anybody got some thoughts / experience with the goofy wave? Kind of thinking I would like to run this boat listed to cut down on fuel consumption plus maintain storage, but maybe with the bigger motor, updated gearing and high altitude prop this is less of an issue relative to when quick surf was first implemented.

Apologies if it a bit of a repeat topic but I have not seen the goofy wave debated summarized in one solid thread. Seem to be bits and pieces of information everywhere.

Regards.
