Both of our family vacations this summer involve towing the boat long distances and I'm wondering what you all do to protect your boat from stone chips/road rash. I know there was a thread awhile ago about this but I can not find it. I have seen the net type things that mount to the front of the trailer which I'm not really interested in. I'm just interested in what everyone uses so I can get some ideas of what works best. I'm really looking forward to taking the boat to some new places but don't want to damage it up in the process.

WakeDoc mentioned painting on clear anti-slip here:

I am interested in finding something that can be put on the floor under the snap out carpet so you don't fall when the carpet is out. I would love to have the option to take the carpet out and still use the boat if I am somewhere that dirt or mud can be tracked in.

I would love to see this anti-slip or see what any of you have come up with to cover the floor. I am thinking about finding something to stick on or paint on but I wan't it to look good. I actually thought the floor would be textured under the carpet.
